My name is Walt Roderick. I’ve been a serious student of Scripture for more than thirty years — not as a hobby, but as a calling.

I hold a Bachelor of Biblical and Theological Studies and am currently completing my Master of Divinity in Theology and Pastoral Counseling at Liberty University. But the credential that matters most to me is the one that can’t be earned in a classroom — three decades of wrestling with the text, sitting under faithful preaching, and watching what the Word of God actually does in real people’s lives.

This site exists for one kind of reader. Not the person looking for devotional encouragement or a feel-good take on familiar verses. For the person who wants to think — seriously, carefully, and without the soft edges that most Christian content puts on hard questions.

The content here is Reformed and unapologetically so. I hold to the doctrines of grace, the authority of Scripture, and the conviction that serious biblical study requires honest engagement with the text — including the parts that are uncomfortable, debated, or routinely avoided.
